Preparation before motor installation

1. Before and after unpacking the motor, check whether the package is intact and damp.

2. Check whether the motor's name plate data meet the use requirements.

3. Carefully check whether the motor is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, and turn the motor by hand to see whether it is flexible.

4. For motors newly installed or stopped for more than three months, check the insulation resistance with a 500 V megohm meter before starting, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1 megohm. Otherwise, the stator winding shall be dried, and the treatment temperature shall not exceed 120 ℃.
