Operation of motor

1. The turning direction of the motor depends on the design direction of the impeller. If the turning direction of the motor is opposite to that of the impeller, the motor will be burnt due to over current (super energy load). Directly affect the motor bearing and motor life.

2. The motor shall be properly grounded, and the flange plate of the motor can be used to fasten the bolt for grounding.

3. The motor is allowed to start at full voltage.

4. When the deviation between the frequency of the power supply and the data on the nameplate is more than 1%, or the voltage deviation is more than 5%, the motor does not guarantee the continuous output of rated power, and the motor working continuously is not allowed to overload.

5. There should be no intermittent abnormal sound or vibration when the motor is in no-load or load operation, and the bearing temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.

6. Before the electric furnace is electrified for heating, cooling water should be supplied first. After the electric furnace stops heating, the temperature in the furnace body must be lower than 200 ℃, and the motor and cooling water can stop running.
