Motor maintenance and repair

1. The use environment should always be kept dry, and the motor surface should be kept clean. There shall be no dust or fiber in the front flange of the motor.

2. The motor should be kept in good lubrication during operation. Generally, the motor should be supplemented after 500-800 hours of operation, and the high temperature grease should be replaced after 2500 hours of operation. Ensure that there is enough grease in the bearing chamber to ensure the normal operation of the bearing and prevent bearing damage due to dry bearing. When replacing grease, clean the old grease, clean the bearing and the oil groove of the bearing with gasoline, and then fill 2 / 3 of the gap between the inner and outer rings of the bearing with new grease.

3. The radial circular runout of motor shaft extension shall be detected once after 2500 hours of use, and the radial circular runout shall not exceed 0.15mm. If it exceeds the limit, the motor shaft should be investigated and handled.

4. When disassembling the motor, the rotor should be pulled out from the stator from the shaft extension end.
