What are the requirements of motor bearing equipment?

For the bearing equipment of the motor, please check:

1. Oil leakage is not allowed, because grease or oil may splash on the coil, affecting the conductive function and damaging the insulation.

2. It is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the bearing, the bearing should be running evenly. In case of abnormal sound, stop the machine in time to check.

3. Grease or oil samples shall be taken out regularly for inspection. If the color is dark, water or impurities are contained, and the bearing is dirty or hot, the grease or oil shall be replaced. When replacing grease or oil, the bearing or bearing bush and journal shall be cleaned and dried with gasoline.

4. The replacement time of lubricating grease for rolling bearing is in accordance with the rule of nailing the oil filling label on the machine base. The lubricating grease can be replaced without stopping the machine. The grease pressure injector is used to join from the oil cup, and the waste oil is taken out and removed by the oil drain pipe.

5. The inner and outer rings of rolling bearings should be tight and not allowed to loosen under normal conditions. If the outer ring of the bearing rolls in the bearing chamber or the inner ring of the bearing rolls on the shaft, it should be repaired immediately. The rolling of the outer ring is caused by the loosening of the bolt fastening the bearing cover, and the rolling of the inner ring is caused by the loosening of the stop screw on the labyrinth ring or oil pan, or by the loosening of the locking round nut. If severe damage is found, it is necessary to replace the bearing and shaft, or the bearing and end cover, bearing sleeve.

6. Check whether the sealing ring and gasket are worn, burnt, aged, deteriorated, etc. if any, it is necessary to replace them to ensure the excellent sealing of the whole bearing equipment. The surface of felt gasket should be coated with grease or oil to avoid wear and burn.

7. When preparing to use the motor which is unnecessary for a long time, it is necessary to clean the rolling bearing with gasoline, and then inject grease into the 0.5 ~ 0.7 cavity of the bearing chamber. If there is too much grease, it will not only cause oil leakage, but also overheat the bearing during operation, causing grease differentiation. After the bearing is filled with grease, the rotor of the motor shall be easily pulled by hand.
