Long axis motor fault detection and installation precautions：

1. Please confirm whether the appearance of reducer motor is damaged before use? Is there any oil leakage?

2. Please confirm the voltage of the reduction motor first. When the voltage is unstable, a voltage regulator can be installed.

3. Please confirm whether the specifications of the motor are consistent with the design specifications?

4. Please make sure to fix the base to avoid looseness during transmission.

5. If sprocket, pulley, coupling and other accessories are used, they should be installed according to relevant regulations.

6. Lubricating grease has been put into the reducer motor body, and the lubricating oil is free of change for 12000 hours.

7. When the reducer motor is running, the rated current shall not exceed the current value indicated on the motor nameplate.

8. Please pay attention to the surrounding temperature, humidity, pH and other issues.

9. The suitable environment is - 10 ℃ to + 40 ℃, the humidity is below 90%, and the indoor altitude is below 1000 meters.

10. If it is not installed, maintained or operated in the correct way, it may cause serious injury to the reduction motor.

11. When repairing or disassembling, make sure that the external power supply is completely separated from the reducer motor.

12. Safety protection devices should be installed to ensure safe operation.

13. The motor needs grounding wire, please refer to the relevant regulations of power distribution.

14. Please confirm that all installation parts and transmission accessories are fixed correctly before starting the reduction motor.

15. If the reducer motor is driven with frequency converter at low speed, it is necessary to install an independent auxiliary cooling fan.

16. After the power failure of single-phase motor, part of the charge remains in the capacitor. Please discharge or ground the terminal first.
